Mr. Draper has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. A proud veteran, he served 8 years in the military and was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan as a combat medic. Daniel currently helps civilian business obtain military contracts through his experience and connections in the military. He continues to be dedicated to serving his country and communities as a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) and through his work with Axis Medical LLC.

Mr. Todd Flaherty, a results-oriented veteran with a degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in healthcare administration consulting. As a founding member and owner of a medical billing company, he led its expansion to over 130 employees and 400 active providers across the Southwest before its successful sale 3.5 years ago. His leadership also included providing vital consulting and turnkey startup support for new physicians in El Paso. With his vast healthcare background, Chronic Care Management became his ideal venture to channel expertise and passion.
